Mitchell Ross is a proud Indigenous man and serial entrepreneur with a passion for business and supporting his people. His vision is to create a pathway for future generations of Indigenous people, helping to close the gap for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander’s within Australia.

Mitchell is the Co-Founder and CEO of Muru Group, a Supply Nation certified Indigenous Business that provides goods and services nationally to Australian organisations. Mitchell has grown Muru Group and its subsidiary Muru Office Supplies into multi-million dollar businesses with clients such as Fortescue Metals Group, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Programmed Group, WSP and KPMG.

Mitchell is the Chairperson of Bariyu Aboriginal Corporation, an Indigenous owned and controlled incubator and business hub that has been setup to help aspiring Indigenous Business owners and Entrepreneurs develop and nurture their ideas into sustainable businesses.

Mitchell is also the creator of “The KO App“, a popular mobile sports app designed to provide the community with real-time updates and news of the annual NSW Aboriginal Rugby League Tournament or Koori Knockout as it is known.
